Announcement about minimum gas price increasement on Donau Testnet

Hello developers,

Bittorrent-Chain (BTTC) will increase the minimum gas price on Donau Testnet (ChainID1029) on December 23, 2022 (Singapore time), from 300k Gwei to 9M Gwei, to prevent large amount of spam transactions that clog up the network, and improve the security and reliability of the BTTC network.

Please evaluate whether you need to adjust the gasprice parameter of smart contract transactions to prevent transaction failure because of lower gasprice value.
